Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of plant machinery, ensuring that the clients' equipment operates at peak performance. This is a mobile role, requiring travel across the Buckinghamshire area to support the customer base. You ll be working with machinery such as excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and servicing of plant machinery
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and implement effective solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role within the plant machinery or heavy equipment sector
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Good communication and customer service skills
