Keystone Care is seeking a highly skilled General Manager with commissioning experience to open and manage a new Residential care home. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, management, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Managing budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team of employees
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes and services

Required Skills:

- 3 years+ managing a Residential care home
- Strategic planning and execution
- Financial acumen and budget management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with performance metrics and analysis
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
