Manual Machinist

An Aerospace component manufacturer based in Basildon are looking for a Manual Machinist to join their team.

The day shift is earning 34,759.92 per annum, working Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Fridays 7.30am to 12.30pm. This is a 39 hour week. Overtime paid at an increased rate of x1.5 when available.

We are looking for someone who has experience working as a Manual Machinist.

Duties:-

• Working Bridgeport manual milling machines
• Understand and read from technical drawings using metric and imperial
• Confident in use of measuring equipment like micrometres, verniers, bore mics, thread/plug gauges
• Manual milling experience required

This manual machinist role is a permanent position.
