This is a newly established senior leadership position, designed to spearhead growth, unlock new markets, and manage high-stakes deals in the fast-evolving fintech landscape.


About the Role:

As Head of Sales, you will lead and inspire an international team, driving strategic business growth across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the sales strategy for a cutting-edge company operating at the intersection of payments and technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a global team of remote Business Development Managers (BDMs), fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within the payments and fintech sectors, with a focus on enterprise and government clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Oversee and manage complex bid submissions, ensuring successful navigation of public procurement processes.
  • Leverage digital tools to effectively manage and drive performance within a remote, globally distributed team.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within payments, fintech, or adjacent industries.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles from initiation to closure.
  • Expertise in enterprise and government sales, with a deep understanding of public procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing global sales teams, especially in remote settings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
