Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a global team of remote Business Development Managers (BDMs), fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within the payments and fintech sectors, with a focus on enterprise and government clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Oversee and manage complex bid submissions, ensuring successful navigation of public procurement processes.
- Leverage digital tools to effectively manage and drive performance within a remote, globally distributed team.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within payments, fintech, or adjacent industries.
- Extensive experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles from initiation to closure.
- Expertise in enterprise and government sales, with a deep understanding of public procurement processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing global sales teams, especially in remote settings.
