Salary: 25,200 + Bonus

About the Role:

Actio Recruitment is assisting our automotive client in Wakefield in their search for a Service Advisor. This full-time, permanent position is a fantastic opportunity to become the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, representing the brand and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and liaise with customers visiting the dealership.
• Answer customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle in the workshop.
• Coordinate with the workshop and other internal departments.
• Explain detailed work carried out on customer vehicles in a clear and professional manner.
• Raise invoices and process payments from customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence
