Blue Legal are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Client Development Executive to join a growing team, supporting the Insurance Key Account Programme of a leading firm. This role focuses on driving profitable growth for key clients by working closely with Key Account teams to implement structured processes and best practices, ensuring consistency across client relationships.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead key client relationships, maximising revenue growth and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners (CRPs) to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to CRPs, aligning with client needs and growth objectives.
- Implement client development initiatives to drive engagement, satisfaction, and product promotion.
- Chair internal strategy meetings, challenge short-term goals, and support long-term client vision.
- Manage budgets and oversee planning and execution of key account events, ensuring ROI on business initiatives.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in client relationship or business development within insurance or professional services (legal preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking, operational management, and project coordination abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering relationships at all levels.
- Commercially and strategically minded, offering innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Strong research and analytical skills, identifying market trends and turning insights into strategies.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in teams.
