Recruitment Consultant

Venture Construction Solutions are a market known labour supply business, trading over 13 years.

Experienced in supplying our labour to clients within the demo, rail, civils, m&e, logistics & returb markets.

Venture are hiring for a recruitment consultant to develop PSL & warm clients only -

engage client contacts via tel calls, emails, site & h/o meetings & events

qualify projects & propose venture labour to add value to projects

deliver & communicate job updates to client to fill & secure placements

complete aftercare with client to understand placement end dates

work with venture resource team to send suitable labour to clients

this role is mainly client facing (some candidate work) in future to be 100% client work

Key Requirement's -

experience in a sales environment essential

recruitment experience an advantage but not essential

have good telephone manner, organised, high energy

competent in client out reach, tel calls & meetings

Passion to progress in a growing company

hunger to learn with training provided

ability to follow processes, consistently

Abiliity to work under pressure & deliver within timeframes

working times - 8.30am - 5.00

Some morning / evening work

Some weekend work

Total hours per week - 42.5 hours per week
