The Role:
- Achieve volume and value growth within allocated National Accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans focusing on total category development, pricing structure, and promotional activity.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support brand growth and regional strategies.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Propose innovative ideas that drive sales and improve business processes.
The Person:
- Proven account management experience in the FMCG or food industry sector, with exposure to selling into multiples and convenience channels.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills; a degree-level qualification is preferred.
- Highly organised and able to work with clear structure and planning.
- Motivated, confident, and proactive with a demonstrated ability to inspire others.
- Able to identify and implement improvements to working practices, adapting to new information and priorities.
- A leader by example, driving continuous improvement and innovation in line with company values.
