Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents
- Assessing and developing individualised care plans
- Managing and coordinating care delivery
- Mentoring and training care staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience working in elderly care, preferably in a care home setting
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
