Job Title: Quantity Surveyors & Commercial Professionals
Location: Hybrid - Warrington, Reading, or Bristol (Twice a week)
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience and seniority)
About the Role:
Our client, a leading Nuclear Energy provider, is seeking multiple Quantity Surveyors and Commercial professionals to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals at various levels—from junior to senior—to contribute to significant projects within
the nuclear industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer NEC contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee contract changes, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected and implemented.
- Support the delivery of contract obligations, working closely with project teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Handle contract administration tasks, including drafting and reviewing documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts to ensure financial targets are met and risks are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
- Provide commercial advice and support to project teams, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with NEC contracts is essential.
- Background in a regulated industry such as Nuclear, Defence, or Utilities is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in contract management, administration, and forecasting.
- Ability to travel to Warrington, Reading, or Bristol twice a week.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
