Our client, a leading UK property consultancy with a rich history, is seeking an experienced Senior Agribusiness Consultant to join their dynamic team in the East Midlands.

Position Overview

As a Senior Agribusiness Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising, setting up, and managing arable and livestock contract and share farm agreements, as well as overseeing in-hand farming businesses, contributing to the success of our client's agriculture sector.

Responsibilities

• Advise, set up, and manage arable and livestock agreements
• Manage in-hand farming businesses and existing client portfolio
• Mentor and manage a small team of consultants
• Prepare farm budgets, tenders, and business analysis
• Deliver regenerative farming advice and environmental scheme grants
• Develop services and grow the client base

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agribusiness Consultant or Farm Manager
• Strong financial acumen and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong client focus
