Senior Legal Counsel - Financial Products

Immediate need for an experienced financial services lawyer to join the Securities Services team of a European bank in London. Day rate contract, inside IR35.

As part of a large team you will have a broad remit:

• advising on financial products and services including asset and fund services, custody, corporate trust services and financing
• drafting complex, bespoke contracts
• working closely with the product teams
• keeping up to date on relevant regulatory matters

To be considered for this role you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experienced gained in a similar capacity in the financial services sector. You will bring a high level of technical knowledge in relation to financial products including cash management services, FX, OTC/repo transactions.
