Key Responsibilities:

•Planning and delivery of Overhead activities and a wide range of projects/activities across multiple work streams to time, cost and quality.

•Effective site management of resources, including direct labour and contractors.

•Communicate effectively with customers. Able to prioritise workload, make a decision & identify efficiency improvement opportunities

•Provide KPIs and management reports that demonstrate the performance of the industrial resource and contract resource

•Audit of monthly applications for payment(s)

•Carry out site audits in respect of safety, quality and contractual obligations

•Support monthly operational contract meetings with external service providers

•Order materials for use by service providers

•This role will also include other work co-ordinator activities, which could include inspections, site safety, quality of supply, revenue protection, as well as other work as work programmes require.

Qualifications and Attributes


Essential Qualifications:


•Full UK Driving Licence

•Excellent customer service skills

•Knowledge of the distribution network

•Have practical experience of LV/11KV overhead and underground network project delivery or be willing to work towards full LV authorisations including fault management

•IT literate with Microsoft Office tools

•GCSE Maths and English


Desirable Qualifications:


•ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering

•ILM Level 3 or equivalent

•Planning & organising work programmes and/or staff

•Electrical Trade / Engineering Background

•Advanced Knowledge of LV, HV and EHV networks.

•Knowledge in IT systems such as CRM, CRM GO, PMIT, QPID, ISMART
