Alecto Recruitment are proud to be working with a market leader with extensive experience in all things electrical.

They are currently looking to expand their Electrical testing team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for an electrical tester within their social housing contracts department.

Our client are looking for electrical testers in and around Birmingham to cover the West Midlands predominantly.

The Role:

• 38,272 Annual salary ( 18.40 PH) + Van, fuel, holidays, pension and more
• Conducting electrical testing within occupied domestic properties
• Completing minor remedial works to produce a satisfactory certificate (any major remedial works will be handled by a seperate team)
• Working within the social housing sector
• Usually 4-5 appointments per day to attend
• Hours are 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• Fully qualified JIB Gold Electrician
• 18th edition
• Level 3 Electrically qualified
• Knowledge and experience in electrical testing - 2391 or 2394/5 required
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ideally you'll have experience working in the domestic/social housing sector
