Technology Lawyer

An impressive private equity backed business is seeking a technology lawyer to join their growing legal team.

This role will provide legal counsel and guidance in the rapidly evolving landscape of technology and digital innovation. You will work closely with the Chief Information Officer on building out the Group’s Technology Platform. Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements related to technology transactions, including software licences, service level agreements, technology development agreements, SaaS agreements, data protection agreements, terms of service, and technology transfer agreements.

To be successful you must have a strong academic background. Applicants will have a minimum of 3PQE and trained in private practice or in-house with solid technology and commercial experience.

You will have the ability to work autonomously, think strategically and creatively and communicate clearly and precisely. You must be enthusiastic, proactive, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. You will be able to work in a team environment and become an integral part of the legal team and company.
