About The Opportunity:

Product and Pricing Strategy Manager

£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary

£13,000 OTE

What’s In It For Me?

This is an all-encompassing position that will see you spearheading the direction of the Parts Strategy through supplier relationships, aftersales programmes and marketing campaigns.


You will be responsible for steering a team with 5 direct reports, to ultimately build a strong sales function offering flexible solutions to customers through your dealer network and own branch network.

Day To Day?

  • Support the Head of UK Parts in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Encourage the dealer network to drive retail business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions and incentives.
  • Provide detailed analytical reports on parts performance across all sales channels.
  • Support the Head of UK Parts with budgeting and forecasts.
  • Manage supplier KPIs and SLAs to ensure excellent service.
  • To promote and enhance the brand, through innovative projects.


About You:

  • In-depth and current knowledge of the truck parts industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing strategies.
  • Excellent and proven analytical skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • An innovator and creative thinker, capable of developing and delivering complex growth projects.
  • Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A problem solver, with capacity to manage multiple work streams.
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership of any issue relating to the department.
