• Full-time term time only 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role Long term contract until July 2025
• Has a 2:1 Psychology related degree from a Top 20 UK University
• Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH is essential
• Role paying £420-£500 per week Paid weekly on PAYE basis
• Work alongside qualified SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Job Role

• Providing 1:1 support to students with diverse SEN needs.
• Work with young children who have difficulty with communication and social interaction
• Track student progress and share feedback with teachers, supporting student assessments and development plans.
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment to help the student develop confidence and independence.
