The role of Planning & Inventory Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage and optimise inventory levels to ensure smooth production.
- Oversee procurement processes, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Work closely with various department leads to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the procurement and supply chain team.
- Manage budgeting and cost-out initiatives within the department.

Profile
A successful Planning & Inventory Manager should have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong strategic planning and inventory management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
