Sub Agent

We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent/Agent to join our team for a major airport project. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers on the project. This is a temp-to-perm role, with potential for continued work on future projects once the current one is complete.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers on a high-profile airport project.
Oversee tunnel works, ensuring all project activities are carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, particularly in relation to airside operations.
Liaise with airport authorities and project stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of works.
Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met within budget.
Prepare reports on project progress and provide updates to senior management.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sub Agent/Agent in large-scale civil engineering projects, with airport or highways experience being a significant advantage.
Blue Airside Pass required .
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in airport environments.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively and work in a high-pressure environment.
Experience in tunnel works/Airport works is highly desirable.
