Business Intelligence Analyst (Food/Packaging)

This is an excellent opportunity for a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST with outstanding EXCEL data management skills to join a fast-growth hospitality business. This role will best suit someone who understands the genuine value of making business decisions that are based on data-derived facts . You will take the guess-work out of supply chain initiatives and will look at supply-chain costs , create important data-reports and help the company make the best decisions they can , based on your data-driven insights .

TITLE: Business Intelligence Analyst (Food/Packaging)

Team : Food & Packaging Supply Chain

Sector : Hotels and hospitality sector

Salary : £45,000 ( comprised of base of £41k+ 10% fixed bonus)

Location : High Wycombe

Contract type: Permanent role

Work Style: Hybrid with 3 days in office /2 days are wfh

Role: The purpose of this role is to drive actionable insights through analytical solutions. You must be an advanced excel user and love crunching data to deliver truly measurable information rooted in fact to help support data-driven business decisions

Duties

Working across teams in the supply chain

Develop , maintain and update a portfolio of cost reports (suppliers/distributors etc) , dashboards and data

Manage the data for KPI dashboards that will support all operational business decisions

Track progress providing regular status updates to the team & other stakeholders

Provide analysis of all supply chain ( in food & packaging ) areas that help to drive improvements in the performance

Provide business insights and actionable analysis

Managing the annual reporting calendar for the team,

Ensure key deadlines are met

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced Excel

Previous experience working with analytics tools and platforms and reporting

Supply chain, food or packaging or hospitality experience
