The venue includes a dedicated blank canvas event space, perfect for hosting bespoke events. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.


They are seeking a Senior Event Manager with a passion for planning and executing high-end events. This role will focus on overseeing all aspects of event management, with a strong emphasis on planning, logistics, and operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Lead the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate functions, private parties, weddings, and other bespoke occasions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements, offering expert guidance on event design, layout, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, schedules, and run sheets, ensuring seamless event execution.


  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end operations of each event, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure all aspects of service are aligned and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, florists, entertainment, and AV providers, ensuring all services meet the venue’s premium standards.


  • Budget & Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Provide accurate quotes and work within the client’s budget while maintaining high-quality standards.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a small team of event staff, ensuring excellent communication and coordination across all departments.
  • Provide on-the-day management of events, acting as the key point of contact for both staff and clients.


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring their event experience is stress-free and exceeds expectations.
  • Post-event follow-up and feedback collection to ensure continual improvement of services.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Manager in a high-end venue or hospitality setting.
  • Strong operational background with a keen focus on logistics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
