Job Title: Document Controller
Salary Range: £28,550 – £35,000 pro rata (depending on qualifications and experience)
Contract: 60 months, 22 hours per week
Location: Norwich
About the Role:
Cooper Lomaz Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of a leading organisation based in Norwich. We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a major infrastructure programme. In this role, you will ensure the efficient management and control of all project-related documentation, maintaining compliance with ISO 19650 standards and facilitating the smooth and accurate flow of information between project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control documentation for a large-scale infrastructure programme, adhering to ISO 19650 standards.
- Oversee the uploading, management, and quality assurance of documents using the Asite document management portal.
- Produce monthly management reports to support programme delivery.
- Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information between project teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing document-related support to the Programme Office.
Ideal Candidate:
Education:
- A Levels or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in a similar role is essential over formal qualifications.
Specialist Knowledge and Skills:
- Essential: Proven experience using Asite software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems such as 4-Projects, Aconex, etc.
- Knowledge of project document control procedures and standards, including ISO 19650.
Relevant Experience:
- Proven experience in document control, ideally in construction or engineering projects.
