Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a PE-backed technology firm, that has created an impressive, socially conscious, growth journey & is now driving towards an exit in the next 24 months! As a result, the CFO is looking to bring on a Financial Controller to support them in the next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will work with the CFO, helping to build out the financial structure, so the business can operate effectively. The CFO is looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to get stuck into a varied commercial & technical position where they will have direct exposure to the PE backers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's had good experience in a Finance Management position & is looking for a step up or a Financial Controller who wants a new & exciting growth journey.

The mandate:

• Supervise the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring timely completion and including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Utilize time tracking data to allocate costs to projects, providing clear insights into profitability by project, contract, and customer.
• Oversee the company’s FP&A processes, including budget maintenance, continuous forecasting, and the creation of various weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Offer technical guidance and expertise to other team members within the finance department.
• Lead the annual audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Essential background:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Have worked in a services SME
