As part of this strategic shift, we are supporting them in the search for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Project Manager on a 12 month FTC. This pivotal role will focus on steering talent acquisition projects aligned with the company’s transformation goals, ensuring the organisation attracts the best talent to support their ambitious growth and innovation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage and deliver key talent acquisition projects that align with the transformation strategy, ensuring recruitment timelines and goals are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR, business leaders, and transformation teams to understand talent needs and build a robust recruitment pipeline.
- Process Improvement: Streamline and optimise recruitment processes, leveraging data and market insights to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.
- Workforce Planning: Support the organisation in adapting talent acquisition strategies to meet the demands of the transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across teams.
- Candidate Experience: Drive initiatives to improve the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants, while maintaining brand integrity.
About You:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition project management, ideally within large, complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and process improvement.
- Experience working in transformational environments where change management and adaptability are key.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- Ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-evolving business context.
