This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join us at a pivotal time in our growing business. We are seeking a digital marketing and content creator, who is excited by working in a brand-new role. Initially this will be a 12 month contract, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. This will enable you to bring your own ideas, create exciting content, utilise all social media platforms and put into practice the knowledge you have gained in your career or education.

The right candidate for this full-time position (Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm), will be office based in our Frimley office and will receive a salary between £23,000 - £27,000 (depending based on experience). In addition, 28 days holiday plus their Birthday off, free parking, pension enrolment and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Plan and schedule posts, ensuring a mix of engaging and promotional content.

• Create a content calendar, scheduling posts which are approved by management.

• Produce content that highlights the personality of our business.

• Work with introducers to help build on existing relationships, working on mutual content.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas.

• Keep up to date on Mortgage and Insurance news.

• Monitor and interact with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

• Take old content and reinvent to bring a fresh approach to our marketing strategy.

• Generate ideas for competitions/giveaways to increase engagement across our social media platforms.

• Research and brainstorm new content ideas and potential collaborations.

• Create a new look to our social media footprint, that is engaging and entertaining.

Campaigns and Marketing

• Liaise with the Advisors and send Google review invites out on a monthly basis.

• Managing our remortgage campaigns on a 6, 3 and 0 month basis via Brevo.

• Sending our monthly newsletter out to our client database via Brevo.

• Any other potential ad hoc marketing campaigns that the company may want to create or need help with moving forward.
