Aztrum is supporting a well-established and progressive architectural practice based in Essex, renowned for delivering exceptional design and project management services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The practice is committed to sustainable design, innovative solutions, and creating spaces that enhance the built environment.

Due to exciting growth, we are looking to speak to an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the team and oversee the delivery of key architectural projects.

Role and Responsibilities for this Project Manager role:

• Leading and managing multiple projects, overseeing all phases from design development to handover.
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues to keep projects on track.

Key Requirements for this Project Management role:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the architectural or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations, procurement, and contract management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate between teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and familiarity with architectural design tools (Revit, AutoCAD) is a plus.
• A relevant qualification in architecture, construction management, or project management (RICS, APM, or similar accreditation is advantageous).
