PFI Account Manager

PFI Account Manager - Schools - Liverpool - Salary to 57k plus 5200 car/allowance.

Operational since 2009, you will have operational responsibility for the running of 7 schools in Liverpool.

This challenging contract requires someone with excellent customer skills with an ability to manage customers expectations within a PFI framework, experience of managing TFM services delivery - both in-house and outsourced with a thorough understanding of spend, budgetary requirements and controls.

With excellent commercial awareness, you will oversee budgetary management and control - management of WIP, Purchase Order management, debt and cash recovery

You will also have a sound understanding and experience of risk assessment / management and thorough knowledge and experience of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality assurance systems
