- To work in a Central London office 1-2 days per week.
What you will do
- Prioritize and manage workload within a scrum framework.
- Balance conflicting priorities effectively.
- Manage development team workload and support schedule.
- Define and enforce interface design and process standards.
- Ensure software stack, architecture, and security meet standards.
- Lead a small development team to meet quality and output targets.
- Manage development processes and testing standards.
What you need:
- Strong experience in C# / .Net
- Background working in a Development team within a trading organisation.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring
- Exposure to Front, middle and back office.
- To understand the full trade lifecycle
- Background working in Energy Trading
