Global Marketing Manager - ViiV Healthcare

Job Purpose

Responsible for the development/management of market penetration strategies for Long-Acting Injectable Therapy in the HIV treatment space. Cultivates the knowledge of key customers and competitors and works to identify brand growth opportunities. Interacts closely with regional stakeholders to ensure global assets are aligned to both strategy and regional business needs.

As Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of core promotional assets to drive the business objectives across the global ViiV Healthcare organization.

In this role you will:

1. Lead the development of key tactics aligned to the business plan (HCP promo, HCP support, PLHIV support) aligned to brand strategy, customer journey stages, customer types and segments.
2. Lead and support on digital evolution of global team.
3. Assess opportunities for continuous improvement of marketing tactics and processes, as well as develop and action on deep insights generated in market research.
4. Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing code to achieve performance with integrity.
5. Partner with creative agency to brief, develop, and refine promotional tactics aligned to business plan and meeting regional needs for optimized customer engagements.
6. Ensure commercial organization is energized and engaged through understanding, knowledge, belief and motivation for brand strategy, drivers of growth and campaigns.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Multiple years' Marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry in a local, regional or global level.
• Understanding and experience with creative agency management.
• Sales experience/commercial awareness.
• Strong Digital Marketing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence internal and external senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

• Experience in HIV therapy area.
• ABPI Commercial Signatory or familiar with ABPI.
• Breadth of marketing experience across LOC, regional and/or global.
• Experience in customer facing role (Sales professional or sales leader).
