Residential Support Workers
Location: Heaton Chapel, SK4
Salary: 11.44 per hour + Sleep-in allowance ( 50 per shift)
Hours: 32 hours per week

We are recruiting two Residential Support Workers to join our clients already established team in Stockport, providing care and support for children/young people (ages 8-17) with complex needs, challenging behaviours, or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Shift work in a residential care home, supporting long-term care and transitions to semi-independent living
Ensuring health and safety standards and compliance with regulations
Participating in care planning, risk assessments, and staff meetings

Requirements:
Experience working with children/young people in residential care
Level 3 Diploma in "Children and Young People's Workforce" (preferred)
Full driving license (beneficial)
Knowledge of County Lines, CSE and Complex Trauma
Team Teach training preferred but not essential as training will be given
