What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Identifying and prioritising growth opportunities within the Specie and Fine Art product lines to achieve revenue targets and meet growth strategy.
• Provide in-depth industry knowledge of Specie and Fine Art industry classes.
• Provision of senior broking resource when required.
• Networking across Aon's network of offices and industry teams.
• Lead on marketing strategy and client value proposition materials.
• Lead and manage Specie and Fine Art teams across two locations (Chelmsford and London).
