• Increase occupancy in a new, modern care home
• Contribute to forming and heading a new a team
• Keep profit and loss within budget
• Oversee daily operations and management of the home

The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have:

• Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role.
• Nurse Qualified is preferable
• Knowledge of CQC and Local Authority requirements.
• Excellent management skills.
• Evidence of Good, or Outstanding CQC inspections
