Komfort Partitions divide spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team to manage the transition of all marketing from an out-sourced agency, to be back in house.

The Marketing Manager will be fully responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to promote Komfort and our products to meet the sales KPIs and develop overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the content and updating of our clients website, social media platforms and specification portals
• Work closely with the New Product Development (NPD) Manager to ensure new product launches are implemented effectively and reach the target audience
• Be able to cover all marketing disciplines across a wide spectrum of activities required
• Bring new ideas and initiatives to our client and assist with construction challenges (e.g. fire compliance and sustainability)
• Be a key ally and collaborator with the sales team to deliver the tools required to allow them to continue to open key opportunities for the growth strategy of specification and delivery through main contractors.
• Utilise the showroom availability in London and Manchester to work on key targeted events which support the commercial strategy.

This is a home-based role with regular travel to our client's Crawley and Central London locations. There is also an element of national travel as required.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Previous experience of working in Marketing withtin the construction and particularly the building products sector - essential
• Experience of developing CPD s and architect specific content -preferred
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment essential
