Building Control Surveyor

Your new company

Hays are currently working with multiple Public Sector organisations to recruit Building Control Surveyors across all class levels. Many organisations offer flexible working options and are easily accessible by local bus, tube and rail stations.

Your new role

Provide technical advice through the preparation of reports and briefings on building safety, building regulations, dangerous structures and land charge regulatory issues.
Lead the delivery of technical services for the Building Control Authority, ensuring that all building work within the Public Sector organisation meets the requirements of building control legislation and the building regulations, including working with the Building Safety Regulator in the enforcement and regulation of higher-risk buildings.

What you'll need to succeed

M embership of MRICS, CABE or similar.
Minimum of five years post qualification experience, preferably in a Building Control environment.
Management experience is desirable.
