Commercial Accountant

We are delighted to be supporting a global business in North Nottingham with the recruitment of a Commercial Accountant. The role will sit in the heart of the commercial finance function and work closely with all Head Office operations including Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Warehousing and Supply Chain.

As the business continues to grow you will be involved in various projects including the integration of new acquisitions.

Salary £40,000 - £50,000p/a

Brief overview of responsibilities:

• Ownership of overhead costs for specific departments
• Production of department reporting to help with financial planning
• Build relationships with relevant commercial departments and act as a business partner for financial queries
• Calculation and ownership of figures to be included in quarterly budgets and forecasts
• Presentation of monthly finance reports to direct line manager
• Support group & statutory audits for relevant areas
• Project work
• Assisting with the integration of new subsidiaries

We are ideally seeking someone fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA although candidates at the latter stages of their studies with relevant experience will be considered.
