Legal Secretary

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary based in London

The Firm

Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their successful Commercial Litigation team, in their City of London office.

The Opportunity

The successful Legal Secretary will be required to undertake a range of Commercial Litigation tasks to support fee earners. Duties to include:

• Assisting with billing and account queries
• Drafting emails for both suppliers and clients
• Filing, scanning and archiving documents when required
• Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
• Updating and managing files
• Liaising with internal support teams to resolve issues

This Legal Secretary role is based in the City and offers hybrid working, with working hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Requirements

Essential

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including a Grade C (or Grade 4) in English and Maths)

Desirable

• Experience supporting a Commercial Litigation team within a law firm
• A secretarial NVQ/Diploma or equivalent
