Location: London

Hours of Work: Shift - 4 on / 4 off Days and Nights

Hourly Pay Rate: 33.18p/h Via Umbrella

A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer based in London area on a temporary contract working on a large site.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Booster sets
• Heating systems
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Monitor mechanical plant

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (prefered not essential)
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
