Contract Manager

We are looking for a Contract Manager for a market leader in the Pharmaceutical industry!

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the business with contracts relating to MSAs and CDAs contractual agreements. Plus being a key point of contact for the proposal process of clients that are brought on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all cGMP requirements and related SOPs.
• Prepare, review, analyse, negotiate, and update CDAs and MSAs for various contracts.
• Serve as the main client contact for CDA and MSA execution and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams during the MSA negotiation process.
• Support the Legal Counsel in various matters.
