Roofing Site Manager

Our client is a reputable main contractor who specialise within the social housing refurbishment market across London and the South East.

They currently require an experienced Site Manager (Roofing) for one of their live projects based in Flitwick.
The core area this contractor specialise within is Roofing.

This project is the refurbishment of an existing Care Home and the scope of work will include: refurbishment of flat roofing and hard landscaping to roofs and balconies. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing up to 20 operatives at any one time.

Project is due to be completed by Feb 2025. The successful Site Manager will then be moved onto the next project.

• Pay Rate: 250+ per day (depending upon experience)
• Start date: ASAP

Criteria:

• Management CSCS Card/Qualification
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Desirablly from a roofing trade background
• Broad refurbishment and roofing knowledge and experience
• Ability to deal with the client on all matters
• Strong knowledge of H&S protocols
• Ability to drive trades and motivate staff
• Working references - essential
• Car driver - essential due to location
