Senior Ecologist | Full Time | Permanent | Hybrid (London)
We are currently assisting our client, an international design firm, in finding their next Senior Ecologist.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting ecological assessments like Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and protected species surveys.
- Collaborating with various disciplines in the design process.
- Preparing technical reports for projects and managing sub consultants.
- Assisting in fee proposals, marketing materials, and ecological requirements within tenders.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in BNG calculations and reporting.
- Proficiency in QGIS.
- Knowledge of UK environmental policy and legislation.
- Level 1 Class License for bat (or other species).
- Strong botanical identification skills.
- Formal qualifications in Ecology.
- Be a full member of CIEEM.
