New opportunity for a Freelance Site Manager - Warehouse Refurbishment Project Roof works project & Internal refurbishment

Are you an experienced Freelance Site Manager looking for your next challenge? CPR Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Freelance Site Manager to lead an exciting warehouse refurbishment project.

Location: Bristol

Salary: £200 - £250 per day

Duration: 9 weeks

Start Date: 21st October

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee the entire refurbishment process, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Management: Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel, providing clear direction and support to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, conducting regular site inspections to ensure all work meets our strict quality standards.

Health & Safety: Champion a culture of safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and addressing any issues promptly.

Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise on-site, using your expertise to navigate challenges effectively.

Requirements:

Experience: Experience in site management, with a strong background in warehouse refurbishments or similar projects.

Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS) are essential.

Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive Approach: A hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results and maintaining high standards.
