About PVM

PVM is the world's leading broker of oil instruments, including over-the-counter broking of Swaps, Forwards, and Physical Crude Oil and Refined Products, together with exchange broking of WTI, Brent and Gasoil Futures contracts. Our non-oil business covers broking of Physical and Financial Coal, and EU Carbon Allowances and Offsets.

We provide broking and high quality, value-added execution services for Swaps, Forwards, Physical Oil, Refined Petroleum Products, Futures Contracts and Renewables.

As an Experienced Senior Broker specialising in Light Ends Oil, your primary focus will be on brokering contracts, including Naphtha and EBOB, while providing exceptional service to clients to drive revenue growth. Working alongside a team of highly motivated professionals, you will use your expertise to expand market presence and deliver meaningful results in this competitive landscape.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Promote TP ICAP.
  • Management and supervision of staff for all relevant product lines.
  • Understand Energy and Commodities' overall business strategy and vision.
  • Work with senior management in developing the desk's business strategy.
  • Focus on specific markets, maintaining constant contact with relevant individuals and organisations.
  • Oversee customer relationship management.
  • Manage clients and lines on the desk in a proactive manner.
  • Lead and manage people development in alignment with business strategy.
  • Understand pertinent regulation and assess compliance.
  • Support a risk and compliance aware culture.
  • Support Senior Management in building culture and instilling values.
  • Take responsibility for the implementation of policies, processes, systems and controls.
  • Exercise judgement and integrity to avoid conflicts of interest.
