A growing hospitality group, based in Richmond, are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their organisation. Working in modern offices in South West London, you'll be working at a company which is looking to grow exponentially over the next 12 months within a finance team who really have a strong family culture but also look to push themselves and who want to be stretched and challenged every day.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need the following experience:
Experience overseeing payrolls of 500+ employees.Advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail for accuracyExcellent communicator able to build cross-functional relationshipsAbility to prioritise, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines while staying motivatedPersonable and friendly character who will be a team player Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team to achieve resultsDetail oriented with excellent analytical, quantitative and investigative skills The ability to work accurately is essential in the role.Ability to work with changing priorities and time pressuresA self-starter who takes a proactive approachKey responsibilities for this role include:
PayrollRun Payroll for over 1500 employeesManage all relevant HMRC and pension submissionsEnsure compliance with relevant legislationPrepare quarterly calculations to check if we are compliant with the national living wage.Keep up to date with any changes in the legislationLiaise with our tronc advisors and action any points from the quarterly auditsAssist with the month-end close process, including checking of employee expenses and reconciliation of employee credit cardsProvide ad hoc analysis, as requiredIf you are a Payroll Team Leader/Supervisor or Payroll Manager looking to make a change to a company that is prospering and growing, then please apply
