Please note that this role is fixed term for 6 months, and is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office, and 1 day working from home.
Job Description
The role of Marketing Designer is support in creating marketing initiatives with a brand awareness within the New Era Cap Company, hence supporting the brand message and delivering both product, sales and retail teams with marketing tools which are implemented within the EMEA marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Being able to work within a marketing team collaboratively.
- Understanding and interpreting briefs from initial concepts to final design.
- Create and design marketing programs and collateral for specific EMEA markets
- Produce motion content for digital and social channels
- Creating print assets for New Era Retailers and supporting retailers
- Work on promotional and brand campaigns
- Being a key team member in designing creative collateral both internally and externally
- Support the Head of Brand Creative
Knowledge and Experience
Through design experience and a portfolio of original work, you must be able to demonstrate skill and knowledge in each of the following areas:
A proven level of Typography and composition ability.
An excellent understanding of all the Adobe packages.
Be able to work from initial concepts and turn those concepts into ready to print artwork
Colour and visual identity to help create marketing support tools for the brand
- Organizational, time management and prioritizing skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to present design concepts to various internal and external audiences
- Previous experience within a graphic design role for EMEA markets
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use initiative and make appropriate decisions
- Experience working for a brand
- Highly motivated and organized
- Strong ability in Photography, product photography as a key focus
- Animation / Motion design experience is a must.
- 3D Software knowledge and experience not essential but beneficial

- Graphic design degree or equivalent.
Skills
- Advanced level in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
