Salary: £26,550 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until July 2025
Hours: Full time, Monday Friday

The Role
They have a fantastic opportunity for a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer to join their dedicated Student Services Team at the organisation.
The Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer will support, safeguard, enable and champion the success of all students by providing front line and responsive advice, guidance, and referral to other services within and beyond the Student Services Team. They will respond to the needs of students, including acting as a designated safeguarding lead, providing pastoral care, practical advice, and working as part of a team delivering an exceptional student support experience. The post holder will be personable, highly compassionate, skilled active listener with an interest in wellbeing and education.
This role s purpose is to ensure all students across the Group, including the most vulnerable, make excellent progress both academically and with their social and emotional development. This post is part of the personal progression team, they will be first aid trained, DSL trained, and be prepared for receiving and managing disclosures in line with the EFI Safeguarding Policy.
