Position: Registered Nursing Home Manager
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 DOE
Location: Halifax, HX4

About the Role:

About You:
We seek an RGN Qualified Home Manager with experience managing a minimum 40-bed home specialising in dementia and general nursing. You should excel in leading teams in a person-centred environment and have experience in commissioning a new care home.

Key Requirements:
Registered Nurse with Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Valid NMC Pin
Experience with older adults
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of CQC regulations
