Job Title: Marketing Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing Team
Reports To: Business Support Director
Location: Braunstone, Leicester

Role Profile:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Team. The role involves closely working with the Business Support Director and Marketing Director to support the implementation of marketing strategies and optimize processes to achieve the company s objectives. This is a dynamic role that covers a wide range of tasks, including CRM management, content creation, brand promotion, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing the marketing plan and supporting the Sales Team in customer retention and development.
  • Manage the CRM (Hubspot) database, ensuring efficient data segmentation.
  • Support the B2B event strategy and create, as well as facilitate, ADS events.
  • Develop content and promotional materials, including email campaigns, advertising, PR, and design.
  • Promote the company s brand both online and offline, and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Maintain and optimize the company s website, including SEO.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance.
  • Research market trends and conduct competitor and customer analysis to drive demand for our services.
  • Maintain marketing support materials and handle other tasks as needed.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:

  • Industry-recognized qualification in marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, both onsite and offsite.
  • Creative mindset with excellent writing skills.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude towards innovation and change.
