Responsibilities:
Providing guidance and supervision to foster carers.
Completing Form F Assessments and Connected Persons Assessments.
Conducting initial home visits and Regulation 24 assessments.
Collaborating with external agencies to ensure smooth care transitions.
Participating in duty coverage as needed.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
1-3 years' experience in a similar fostering/connected persons role.
Diploma or Degree in Social Work, with current registration with Social Work England.
Demonstrated ability to complete Form F and connected persons assessments
