With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.

Site Foreman Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman/Woman with a strong background in interior fit-out construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project progression.
• Site Management:
  • Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Resource Management:
  • Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Quality Control:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet or exceed project requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and snagging to address any defects and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Address client concerns and ensure overall client satisfaction with the completed project.

Site Foreman Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management.
