The Role

The firm is looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer NQ-2 years PQE to join their Epsom office.

You will deal with all aspects of Residential Property, including flat and house sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Declarations of Trust, lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.

The purpose of the team is to provide an efficient and highly personal residential property service by ensuring that each client has direct access to an individual who will progress their matter from instruction to completion.

A significant number of the teams’ instructions come from existing clients and recommendations resulting in a strong HNW client base.

In this role, you will be working closely with a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner who has over 20 years of experience in the field.

The Requirements

• You will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ- 2PQE)
• Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent business development skills
• You will have a strong desire to grow with the firm
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
